Friends.....

A friend of ours owns a big logging company. He has been fighting cancer for a few years and had had his helicopter licence put on hold for about a year and just got it oked again a week or so back. His trucks are hauling logs past our driveway to a Williams Lake sawmill.

I phoned him this morning and asked if he could grab a part from the NH dealer in town and send with a truck on Monday.
Slightly surprised :shock: to have a chopper drop into our yard an hour ago. We were passing each other in the house wonder if a firearm might be out of the safe when Lee stepped out with our part. He said it was too nice of day to miss a joy ride and said he thought I might need the part earlier! Sun is going down and he didn’t have time for coffee today. Another time my friend......
