Here it is. I found it in reference to the thread on, "disorder in the court".
I had my own private run in with these Freeman. I was coyote hunting on Bureau of Land Management land near Jordan, MT. I was about one quarter mile from my truck. A guy came driving up to me in a harried fashion. Pulled up extremely close to me. Ask me what I was doing. Told me to get off his land. I said, "Sir, I am on US Government Property open to public use." He said like hell you are. I don't recognize the US Government. I offered to show him my BLM map. He became very angry and his left hand went down became rigid and I always assumed he had a handgun in his hand that was stashed in the map pocket on the door. I was carrying a Win 70 Pre 64 .270. But I had no interest in seeing who got the first shot off. I assumed he was already pointing the gun at me and intended to shoot through the door. I was elated to tell him I was ready to leave.
