.... I don't care who txag is, how much you think she knows, or how much you think she's respected on these boards.

Richard, you've talked a lot about your education and success, as well as the importance of knowledge. We could all use more of that. But you've still got a lot to learn about people here and how to get along with them. If you continue to be a part of these Boards, you will care about how much txag knows, just like you should care about what many others know. We don't just think she's a respected and knowledgable cowman......we damm well know it!

Richard, you should learn to place more emphasis on respect. It goes a long way toward establishing credibility. You need some of that around here. Badly. However, it takes a while to achieve all that. Not just here, but everywhere in life. You can't just go around boasting of your qualities, knowledge, success and education, and expect people to blindly follow. You might find a few suckers here that will do that now. After some time, you might even have a real following of people here who respect you and believe in you.

Most of us here would follow txag anywhere. I know I sure as Hell would. Anywhere. That's because we respect her and believe in her. You should be so lucky, Richard.

The class of cattlemen that txag is in doesn't take long to call the roll she is top's in my book. I know I am not in that class as we are a small potatoes operation. MH you could learn a lot from that lady, but you already think you are smarter than everyone on this board.

Well I have to throw in with you guys on this one txag is a top cow hand.
Well you didn't have any creditabilty with me already jumping on txag puts you lower than a snakes belly in a wagon rut. I would rate txag, Dun Texan ,Certherf ,old timer, Ollie, Bez, Craig, Tod Dague, La4, and Cattle Anne as some our best resourses. Funny as you are having run ins with most of them look in the mirror. Very respected Cattle gal. Get off your high horse.

Now don't get mad Little Red Bramer Ruby some Black Bart rode in here casting dispersions against Miss txag.

I've been trying hard to avoid you, but being your ingorance and illiteracy is everwhere, so I'll just have to shovel you up one more time....

I know you and brokenmouth have your differences, but you probably offend a lot of cattlemen with words like these. Is your use of the word "ingorance" in place of "ignorance" comparable to the illiteracy you accuse brokenmouth of? We can't all be as well educated as you are. Some of us make typos. Some of us aren't quite as fluent in articulating things as you are. That shouldn't diminish anyone's value as contributors to these Boards.

Now while you're sloggin' though your cows***... I'm going back to playing golf in sunny Phoenix, AZ with some of your money.

That's a good one, Richard. You really know how to appeal to cattlemen, don't you? I don't really care what you do with your days. If you want to spend your days playing golf with somebody else's money, that's your business. Personally, I spend about 7 days a week sloggin' through (not though) my cows***. And I expect I'm in a lot better company than golfers in Phoenix.

You seem to really look down on our way of life, Richard. Cattlemen make a real contribution in this country. More than just beef on the plate, but that's a big part of it. Many people would hate to envision life without beef and cattlemen. On the other hand, life without golfers and commodities traders.......?

Golf course is just a waste of good pasture. Texan I agree it kinda looks like he looks down on cattlemen. Kinda like most of us look at short tail buzzards, and lawyers. Looks like brokenmouth is playing with a contango market which is pretty hard to lose in.

Guess I got in late on this one! I'm new to this board as well but I respect many of the people I have had the pleasure to speak to through this media. I can also spot a person who hides behind a computer to make him or her self seem far more important than they really are in life. And ladies and gentlemen I think we have one here. Well, some of us are somewhat educated but that still doesn't excuse putting down anyone else; especially someone that gives such good advice as txag. I have my share of schooling but don't know didley about cattle. This board has been incredibly helpful. I have found that ranchers are some of the best individuals I've come across and compare them to college professors. They help for the sake of helping.

I had a bad vibe from manyhorses because of the picture of himself. I mean, c'mon??!!! Everybody else has cows or funny baby pictures but one of yourself??!!

txag. There are many people that I have had trouble with. I am a natural target. I just took it at the beginning, and then with the help from my friends, I learned That they were just full of it. Remember that there are manypeople that respect you more than the ones that are *** *****.
