Wanting to add another handful of Brimmer heifers or young cows to my Brahman herd. I’m in Georgia. Probably have to find them in Florida or Alabama. They don’t have to be the best of the best. Just good, young, and reasonably priced. Prefer grey. Will take red as well. I was thinking about Okeechobee. Anyone familiar with their Monday/Tuesday sale? Good place to look? Other sales? Off the farm? Other suggestions?

:lol2: From the outside looking in Kenny. That was my biggest hindrance. I couldn’t figure out why they were there. Out of place. Fancy. And too cheap. By the time I made up my mind it was only $2k and it didn’t really matter, they were sold. Those types NEVER sell that cheap around here.
 
Yep. Last I heard he had around 1000 head. Don’t know that for sure. But I did hear what he supposedly paid for some heifers out of Texas year before last. I heard $400k for 80 head. If that’s true.....Way outta my league!
