Flies getting bad

I don't know if it was all the moisture earlier, the sudden temperature change (hot!) or what but all of a sudden the flies seem to be getting bad. I have found that more frequent dousing of the rubs seem to help. They are often just standing under the rub.

Have others seen flies coming on quickly also?

same here,,, i thought it was going to be a pretty year for them.. but they all seemed to have hatched out over night

They've been bad here for at least a month and a half, allot worse than last year.

They were bad here for a while same as every other year in history until I killed them all.

Naw man, they don't glow in the dark. Pour on wormer and insecticidal ear tags and I don't see a fly for 2 or 3 months. Works every year, but like I said I don't have any neighbor cows.
