Been watching her fairly close for a few days. This is the Hereford x Beefmaster heifer that I posted a picture of a while back. Her calf is by a Hereford bull, and the first calf from a heifer by him. When drove toward her she looked down hill and bawled, our hearts sank because a buzzard flew up from that direction. Then as we got closer saw the calf laying behind her by a downed tree.
