First bred heifer have ?

I have a 22mo old hereford that is bred .I am not sure how far alone .MY guess is she will be due in FEB. about a week a go i saw she was holding her tail out a lot. not all the time .today she was still holding it out again look like she was straning but not sure.she pooped today ok a little lose.not bad at all.
Do I need to call a vet? I only have 3 and dont want to lose her.Dont want to call a vet unless nessasary. New at all this. thank please help
