I realize that in todays world we have to generate news 24 hours a day, but the events over the last year seem to be extra ordinary. When is the last time we had this much turmoil in ag?
 
The 2008 nightmare was pretty rough. Dry weather, price of corn going nuts and a really bad recession.

The talking heads say it takes about 10 years for most folks to forget a financial blood bath. After that we can have a repeat.
 
Yep, look at some of the growth stock valuations. I don't think the people that got clobbered in 2000 are the same ones that bid Netflix up to 120 times earnings.
