I treat mounds with 80% Seven dust from the local Coop and it seems to work. However, I guess because of the drought, I'm not seeing as many fire ant mounds around my place this year. Don't have much of a mosquito or dirt dabber problem this year either as in years past. Come to think of it there weren't any June bugs in June either!
That cut up flea collar tip is timely. I just purchased flea collars for all my dogs and of course they are all about 4 - 6 inches too long. I'll put the cut off parts in my pressure switch at the well and see how that works. Thanks for that one!
