Know how you feel. Hard drive died on mine about a month ago. Went and got a new computer with Windows Vista. Several phone calls and MANY hours later I'm finally up and running some what. Still can't get one printer to work. Think I'd rather spend all day working irate cattle in a snow storm than go through this again.
