Fred, can't speak for anyone else but how much acreage are you fertilizing? If I went to Tractor Supply for fertilizer it would be for a very small amount - 1-3 acres maybe. I fertilize 100-120 acres at a time so I buy from my local dealers that sell in bulk.

Get a soil test to see what you need. Haymaker is 18-3-4 . So it is mostly just organic nitrogen and it is pricey for what it is.

Nitrogen might not be your issue. I second that a soil test should be a no brainer before buying fertilizer. Cheap and easy and if you aren't testing, you're guessing.
