Fertilizer question

OK, no chance of rain for at least another and have a couple of questions. I need to apply around 300 lbs of fertilizer per acre. Because we do not have a chance of rain for a time I was thinking about Putting out 100 lbs an acre each week or until it rains. I am worried about the N evaporating. Would putting out this much fertilizer at a time have no effect. I do not know how to get grasses to grow without rain and I have a feeling with out rain nothing will grow anyways. Just trying to see if there are any options.

Save your money and wait till a really really really good chance of rain. Otherwise you will be throwing your money away.

I agree Save your money.Without rain you will hurt your grass more than you will help it.
