Feeding fruit waste and supplementing and managing diet

Hi all,

I already feed fruit and vege waste as well as bakery for a large portion of diet.

I have the opportunity to get a lot of apple peel and skins and cores.

If I use a 50% portion of this apple waste, what would you be doing to supplement, I will be giving a good portion of hay or and straw, but the peel should also act as fibre.

What do you all think.....I am hand feeding anyway......
