Feeding Bulls

A few weeks ago I pulled my five bulls off fall cows and have them penned in a two acre lot. They range in age from 18 months to 3 1/2 and weigh roughly from 1200 to 2000.
They have good second cut hay available. I'm feeding a mixture of corn, gluten and soyhull pellets.They came in a bit pulled down. How much should I be feeding per bull? I really need to get them in good shape for spring cows in two months.

Would probably give them around 1% body weight so app. 16 lbs per and all the hay they can eat.
