We have a gravity wagon that we have feed in and cover it with a tarp, I've bought 3 tarps and the mice keep eating them up. Does anyone know of a kind of tarp that they won't eat up, really need to keep it covered to keep birds and coons out of it.

When I used to store feed in wagons I build a frame out of 2x4s and put plywood on top. Worked good keep the coons out.
I would line the inside with mesh wire, I have seen mice and rats chew through plywood.
