Interested in your opinions, sirs.
Yearling colt gettin to be club foot on off front. He wasn't born that way, I figure he either jerked the toe off on river rock, or just had a growth spurt in an unfavorable direction. What would you suggest for helping straighten him out prior to starting him next spring? I will take a picture to post later--all opinions and time are/is appreciated.

I would try to trim him down on his heels enuf to keep that foot at the closest angle to his other feet as u(farrier) can.

Yes, have your farrier take down the heel "SLOWLY" and stand him up. Trim up too fast and it can cripple a horse because it pulls on the tendions of the leg.
