Last May Creekstone Farms Premium Beef invited some of their customers to visit their facility, local restaurants, our ranch and a large feedlot operation for another Farm to Table marketing opportunity, promoting the beef industry. They were primarily a bunch of chefs from a group of resorts in Mexico, a couple were from Australia. The Director of Purchasing just sent me a short video of the trip; my girls are mugging for the camera towards the end. :)

TC Ranch I,m leaving Thursday morning to head down your way, going to Anthony for the weekend pheasant and quail hunting. I can’t remember the town buts there’s a place called the lumber yard that the beast steak I believe I’ve ever eaten.
Zenda? Tiny town, 'bout 1.5 hours from Winfield. Give me a head's up if you have time on your way back, we're just off 160. Good luck on the hunt!

Great video, looks like a good time for all as well as an education.
Good job

Edit to add: thought you were talking about the Lumber Yard closer to Anthony but there is a Lumber Yard in Winfield that opened not too long ago. Haven't been there but rave reviews.
