Tomorrow we start our fall herd work. Freeze brand vaccines yearling measurements going to be a busy couple of weeks. I always stress over it, but love it at the same time. We also put ciders in two donors on Sunday so getting ready for another flush as well. I use to think we had a slow time but can't remember when it is. We won't no more get finished with the herd work before we have to start setting up for TAI. We are making a Change this year and doing TAI protocol on heifers we have just bred on natural heats the past two years but the boss doesn't like doing it that way. I on the other hand prefer it because I am one of the AI techs and would rather have two or three a day to do instead of 30, my old bones get tired. Oh well the boss doesn't like having to get them up and sorted daily and he is the boss.
