aren't they made out of nylon? Wonder if I could get some cheap nylon at Wally world and put on my mineral barrel so when they stick there heads in there it will get their faces good.

old rugs, toe-sacks, carpet would work better than nylon....holds more juice.

They feel like nylon but more like a hevy weight synthetic athletic sock. BTW, it works good with them hanging over the hole in the mineral feeder. They just have to be long enough and close enough together that they have to puch them aside to get their heads in
