Expired wormer

I found a whole bottle (500ml) injectable wormer in the top of a closet, expired 2018 but stored indoors always. Use it or trash it?

IMO, it is pretty safe to say it is good. If it is in the ivermectin family of parasiticide compounds, they are pretty stable if stored properly.
