Reminds me of another time in history
Just a little different tactic
Stalin also imposed the Soviet system of land management known as collectivization. This resulted in the seizure of all privately owned farmlands and livestock, in a country where 80 percent of the people were traditional village farmers. Among those farmers, were a class of people called Kulaks by the Communists. They were formerly wealthy farmers that had owned 24 or more acres, or had employed farm workers. Stalin believed any future insurrection would be led by the Kulaks, thus he proclaimed a policy aimed at "liquidating the Kulaks as a class."

Declared "enemies of the people," the Kulaks were left homeless and without a single possession as everything was taken from them, even their pots and pans. It was also forbidden by law for anyone to aid dispossessed Kulak families. Some researchers estimate that ten million persons were thrown out of their homes, put on railroad box cars and deported to "special settlements" in the wilderness of Siberia during this era, with up to a third of them perishing amid the frigid living conditions. Men and older boys, along with childless women and unmarried girls, also became slave-workers in Soviet-run mines and big industrial projects.

The WOTUS act has already passed with approval from both sides. Now the implementation of WOTUS is just being held up in the courts. This is Barry's signature - legacy of his presidency, sad but true. All the EPA rules take time to become law, but they will. Clinton passed the diesel emissions in his last term as POTUS. That bill took awhile but it's here to stay now.
Hopefully this will be a great thread, let's try and walk a fine line between the politics issues and agricultural issues. Because this issue is a real threat to everyone in agriculture, and plenty of other businesses as well.

Not political
Just a discussion about how it's affects farming and ranching

So, is Mr.Roberts going to spearhead a congressional investigation of the abuses and open attack the EPA has launched against agriculture(this billboard being merely the tip of the iceberg)

There little minds would have exploded had we not been wise enough to wipe out the buffalo.
Going to have to kill all the other critters I guess that use that water daily as well.
Wonder if they know what fish do in water.

It absolutely is!
They have become the SS and awnser to no one.
We have several rogue agencies destroying our country.

The EPA has never contributed anything of value to the American people. It has grown into a giant unwieldy bureaucracy with no oversight. It along with the energy department, the Army Corp, FEMA and the nuclear agency need to be shut down.
