Electric bikes

Anyone have an electric bike? I was thinking of getting one, fatter tires for dirt roads and the trails. Peddles too.

Neighbor has an electric dirt bike. She rides it to check sheep in her pasture.

Made me think of a poster here from the past. Found this and reminisced about past posts. and topics. Some comments from a couple of past members as well. All of them memorable for various reasons.

Not sure what happened to her. Maybe still riding that E-bike around the solar farms.

My husband researched these for months. We were on a hike where we thought, if we just had a bike. A guy on a bike rode along us while we walked the 10 mile hike and said lots of people are getting E bikes.. i wasnt really paying attention because i had lost a toe nail on the 15mile hike the day before.. but i was thinking i wouldnt have lost a toenail if i had a freggin bike..lol.. Anywhoot, 6 months later, we have E bikes. Got the Himmiway. We've been 'training' on them for the past week, have 175 miles on them now. If you've ever wondered if you'd like a e bike, they are awesome..

I wish I would have had one back when we were hunting elk in the Willipa Hills. Locked gates and you had to either walk or ride a mountain bike. The gate was at the 4 mile mark. Hunted back as far as the 15 mile. The flat stretches and downhills were fine. But peddling up some of the hills was tough going.
