Can anyone recommend any true business training for young cattlemen? I have 18 and 20 year old sons who daywork for several purebred outfits in the southeast. They are very competent in the working in the business, hands on part of things. We homeschooled them, so they have been involved in our day to day (cow/calf, stockers and purebreds) their whole lives. They have been through the Graham School for Cattlemen and learned a lot from them. Now I would like to find some business training to help them be able to work on the business. I have heard of the Ranching for Profit school, but haven't talked to anyone who has been through it, that I know of.
