Don't you hate those days when you should have just stayed in bed ? I decided instead of staying home and doing nothing since its raining. I decided to come to the office and pay bills schedule appts hand out bonus checks etc. Well first thing this morning I was paying bills and on my equip. loan payment my computer was slow and I kept double clicking the bill pay and paid a bill twice.. first issue. Second issue hour after that my computer shut down and I tried to restart it seriously about 50 times gets to where you log in and put in password and keyboard won't type anything and computer restarts LOVELY the plus is I have my files backed up so no major issue. I went to the tuck to grab my laptop it 50% powered and I have lost my charging cord somewhere so when it dies no computer till home or my cell. Thats what I get for getting out of bed and working today. Just a rant. I am glad my family and myself are in good health and spirits and im thankful for that. Just a bad day so far.

I think in this case its ok since referring to a situation.

I never use that word, it is just a principle I have formed for myself. I understand the application here was appropriate.

Have a Merry Christmas, Sky.

If I stayed home and did nothing because it is raining, I would never get anything done because it rains here all the time.

Same here. I have a rain suit in every truck and use them more often than not. If I live long enough to retire I am not even going to get out in the rain to get the mail.

I have two sets of rain gear on the back porch, one in the car, two behind the seat in the truck, one on the tractor, and one hanging on the wall in the barn. When I retire in 3 years, 8 months, 3 weeks and 1 day (but who is counting) I plan to move to some where that it doesn't rain so much.

You'd be safe for 9 months out of the year here

Come on down. It's been almost a year since we've had more than a tenth of an inch in one storm :cry2: Maybe bring some rain with you when you come.

Sorry, I am thinking Idaho. Maybe Wyoming.

I hate when somebody washes dishes in the kitchen sink after supper and doesn't drain the dishwater afterwards and you come in the next morning and have to stick your hand down in the cold dirty water and pull the plug.

You could always come to my part of Texas where it hardly ever rains.
