In answer to your question, yes, I'd take a couple if they were free and close by our place.

Well, 3 years ago I accepted 2 mommas and a daddy (that's what I call them), they had babies, that gave me 5. This year had 2 more babies, that gave me 7. This past summer, I counted 2 extra mommas, don't know where they came from, I believe someone opened the gate and turned them loose. That gave me 9. Now, I'm seeing a new momma and baby!!!! That gives me 11. It's not that I mind them too much, but that's 11 more mouths to feed this winter, and I'm not getting anything in return. Although, I don't see any coyotes in my pasture, but I didn't see hardly any before.

The killer buyer here was taking them if you gave them to him. Not sure if they went on to be processed, or if he has some other outlet.

The wife has 3 German Shepherds, so I could use a donkey about every 2 weeks or so.

I don't like it, but the ropers will take them for practice. I have had several ask for mine, but he's staying here.
