The weatherman didn't have his coffee this morning. Or maybe was HIGH, and thats what the "H" is for??
All my life I understood the H meant a high pressure system....no clouds and definitly no rain....

Normally it does. However, Obama promised you CHANGE so it appears he has kept his promise to you anyhow. As for me, I'm still waiting on my new Obama phone.

I thought his greatest achievement was hanging the moon. Apparently his powers are limitless. Tell me more about this obama phone; does it speak for you? Any strings attached :lol2:

I really don't know what it does other than buying a vote. They say it gives people a vital communications link to reach emergency services if needed so its only right that the taxpayer provides this to them. Of course under federal law any cell phone with a charged battery CAN dial 911 whether it has a calling plan or not. So go figure.

Vett, if it started raining out there would you even know what to do? ;-)
Your right about that... Had another one pass over us a couple days ago....rained real good north and south of us...very little on us.

I had a nice front come toward us and split and completely missed us. Things are looking better but I have growing concerns.

The lifeline phone system for low income and eligible persons started in 1984 and 1987. Tenn and Fla started the trac-phone service for the cell phones in 2008. It was designed to give communication for emergencies and such in areas with out much service to allow the reporting of crimes and emergencies to law enforcement and fireman. You might move your politics over to this site and enjoy some others arguing the subjects you seem to be interested in. http://ranchers.net/forum/forum-6.html
