I have a cow that is overall healthy, big, eats well, nice calf, lots of milk. I was wondering though, she has very loose stool and was wondering if she has worms, we ivomec them every year. I was almost thinking that there might be something else I could give her to make things a bit more solid. I don't stand behind her for any length of time just in case .
All the rest of my cows are normal. I almost thought she might have a sensitive stomachs.

Guessing is all well and good, but why not take a fecal sample to the vet or if you have a microscope do one yourself. No need to over treat for anything.

Agree...did she have a change in her feed...extra protein, better quality ration, alot of things could cause loose manure.
Been alot of discussion on just how loose is cause for worry...IMO if it still forms a patty I wouldn't worry.
If you are really worried, take a sample to the vet.
Good luck....DMc
