Dewormers

Should dewormers be switched up. We vaccinate and deworm yearly in the Spring and have used Cydectin the last 2 years. Did not know if needed to switch up to ivomec or something else. Did not know if the parasites would develop immunities.
 
I do not rotate wormers. Vet advised to stick with one kind that way you reduce the risk of parasites becoming resisant to all the different ones. That way if one becomes ineffective then you switch to another and it is less likely that the parasites would be resistant. I prefer injectable vs. pour-on, seem to have better results.
