Found the e-mail.

I'm have been busy at my farms in Mexico exporting or
better said importing my steers to Texas, and very
busy specially that I've just bought 6,000 more acres
of grassland (Buffelgrass) in the mexican side just 20
miles south Rio Grande City, TX.
