2 dove, one shell.
We will age them for a few days before curing the breast out and smoking them
 
I love eating dove. I have not heard someone aging them before. You let them hang intact for two days? Refrigerated?

2 days?? You should be able to just suck them off the bone. Might need a touch of Tabasco.
 
Good job.. I love dove... It's still hot so I haven't went... I gotta tell you the 50-60 always sitting on my powerlines and walking all over my corn fields better be glad I believe in hunting the right way lol
