Cyst? Any Ideas?

I noticed a large bump on the rear of one of our cows. Could it be a cyst? Any ideas on what type of treatment?

I would squeeze her up and lance it. If its infection just give her an antibiotic. If its real bloody or granular call a vet.

If it's not bothering her and doesn't get any bigger or start looking worse, I would just leave her alone. Cows are pretty tough.
