My wife normally cooks dinner but today she had to go get a tire replaced on her SUV and was going to be late getting home so she asked me to cook. She is Italian and likes the ethnic food of her ancestors so I had to come up with something worthy. As I pondered on what to make a thought came to my head....WWJD.....or What Would Jogeephus Do? Well I put my Jogeephus autographed apron on and came up with this little gem of a dish. It is Italian sausage cooked with a medley of green, yellow and red peppers, baby carrots, tomatoes, brocolli, chives, parsley, squeezed lemon quarter and lime quarter and then sauteed in white wine and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and a touch of Lowry's seasonings. I served it on brown rice pilaf. It actually tasted awesome :cowboy: I may make it again soon. :D Thanks Jo for the inspiration  :tiphat:

That looks great Hoss and with all the veggies I bet its even good enough for you that Mayor Bloomberg would approve. :tiphat:

I made a chorizo stuffed shoulder roast in a crock pot the other day that turned out pretty good. The recipe called for a pressure cooker but I couldnt find a lid fast enough....
