Anybody checked the CT Family Pics or past Photo Contests recently? You noticed they are missing? Yip, all gone, floating around in cyberspace somewhere

This is a great time to get your pics updated and add any new members to the Family pics. So send your pic to me via PM and I'll see about getting the thread going again...

See it's a good thing I didn't send you a picture yet after I said I would! I mean I would hate for you to have gone through the work of putting my picture up just to lose it :)

Now I just need to find a picture of myself that's not in black and white...
Being 101 years old I'm sure you have plenty of black and white photographs!

MOD2, if the following 'fix' is something admin would prefer not be done, please delete this post.
(I will use the exclamation thingie to make sure admin knows I have made the url changes in this post)

Most likely, the photos are still there, hosted at Postimg. It's the links from CT to Postimg that are 'broken".
Unable to access the server using the current links.
I can tell you how to make it work. Change the domain name in the current url from postimg.org to postimg.cc in each of the photo links. No, I do not know how long this 'fix' will last.
What is a .cc (dot cc) domain?
Answer: The .cc domain suffix is the top-level domain (TLD) for the Cocos Islands. However, it is commonly used as an alternative to the ".com" suffix for commercial Web sites.

The .cc suffix is convenient because it is short and easy to say. However, not all Web hosting companies support .cc domains and they are not offered by many domain name registrars. Therefore, it is usually better to use an alternate domain name with a .com, .net, or .org suffix instead of selecting a .cc domain name.

THERE IS HOWEVER, A SMALL POSSIBILITY THAT THE CHANGED LINK "MAY" LEAD TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PHOTO IF THAT URL HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ANOTHER PHOTO.

I have no problem with you retrieving the pictures.
Just for your info Macon is going to upload a new fix in the near future.

Thank you. My primary concern was regarding the pics of those who are now riding the great range in the sky..don't want those pics to be lost forever.
Gotta run now..

That's great GB, I do have all the pics on my computer but this will save me a span of time.

Anyone wanting to update or any newbies wanting to join please send your pic to me.
