Crowfoot Dispersal Sale

The black sale was wild, unbelievable.
The younger cattle were very very moderate.

A dispersal one would only dream about, for the amount of cattle and the kind.

Black averaged $2275

You're kidding right?

Buyer 112, Buyer 316, Buyer 100 .....whoever they were.

Some Bardolene cow brought $11,500.

They were whipping them through at a 1000 miles an hour, I was just trying to keep and make sure I was able to bid on the ones I needed to.

Looks like they have or had a good program. How did the reds look? How were the Ole's Oscar cattle? Do you mean that they are small cattle by your very, very moderate comment?

I can't speak for SEC but I think he was referring to the Ohlde Cattle Co influenced animals on the black side of things being small.

I heard Genex was trying to lease Ole Oscar but was unable to get a deal done!

The cattle were no doubt moderate, but I am certain mgmt or less than what was needed kept the cattle at at smaller point than usual.

The younger cattle were moderate in size, not a lot of potential to grow bigger. But sound cattle.

I didn't even see a Red one there.

I am not sure what the deal on Ole's Oscar is... besides being a Cub son

The few I have seen have were okay

Cattle were very small. To small for me but they were all the same, a very uniform group of cows. The older reds were the best cows there, and the reds were quite a bit better than the blacks, not something you can say to often. Remington bought a bunch of blacks and reds, SSS bought a bunch of reds and red carriers, and falcon bought a bunch of blacks. Black cows avg 41seconds/cow, reds avg 37 seconds a cow. It was quite a sale to be at. Both days grossed over a million.
