Left out early this morning, and came home to this train wreck. This Big boy decided to flip over one of the creep feeders and then try to climb in it. Got himself stuck, and thank goodness the feeder was only a couple hundred feet from electricity, and cut him out with a sawzall.

Glad you got him out without him mangling himself up.

They sure ain't God's smartest animals.

Yikes! Hopefully he learned a lesson. Did he throw a fit when you started sawing?

Did not flinch a muscle. This 2.5 year old Bull is the absolute mellowest Bull we've ever owned. Gets in my way all the time. We run another Bull, that if it had been him, would have surely tore himself up. (not a Hereford)

Wow sounds like a good bull except for tearing stuff up :D

Will you be able to fix the feeder?
Nope the Feeders been 86'd. :cboy:

Too bad.

We leased a bull one time that tore up everything around him. We finally called the people to come get him. Those were some expensive calves!

Had a 5 year old Horned Hereford bull get his head caught in an empty round bale feeder once. When we found him he was upside down. Probably would have died if we had been any longer finding him. Had to use a hacksaw to get his head out. We still aren't sure how he got his head in. Lucky fellow.
