Have had several here too, Sky. Treated a couple in the barn w penicillin, until I got with the vet and got some Baytril. He said that is what he would recommend. The last 2 days of sun and warmer helped a bit, I hope. They were perkier looking. Lost 2 little babies a couple of weeks ago, when it was just cold and wet and miserable. Both those cows will be going to market when it is convenient to get them in from pasture, neither is a super momma and this was the last straw. Too muddy to get anywhere near them right now. We can drop cows off at the road gate to put them out there, but have to go down in to get near the catch pen and THAT AIN'T HAPPENING anytime soon....
