We are very nearly done hauling all the hay in, except for some stuff we bought. It was a very long haying season, this is the first year we have EVER taken a second cut, and it was double the first cut, so that really dragged things out. It is hard to believe it is the middle of SEPTEMBER already! Time sure flies :banana: . A couple days ago DH was moving the tractor a few miles from field to field to load bales. And I finally had time to go out and take some photos....We've checked cows numerous times but with DH around it is impossible to take many photos.. he can't stand wasting time you know. So, here are some photos of the main part of the herd, there are around 80 pair in this pasture. Enjoy, and I enjoy hearing your thoughts on the cattle and photos!</p><p></p><p>So, I'm going to start with one of my Daughter's cows. This is a 2 year old out of her very first bottle calf...
