cp, I was just reading were Steve Perry (former lead singer of the rock band Journey) has started raising cattle in California and is part owner of an insemination service in California's central valley. That may be your neck of the woods. I was just curious if you were familiar with his particular business. It seems to be an odd business for a rock star.

That's news to me but there's alot of people involved in AI out here and some of them are unlikely candidates so it doesn't surprise me.
I do think??? that I remember that Randy Perry and Steve Perry are related and Randy Perry is a big name in genetics via his influence with Fresno State but that could be more the power of suggestion as I don't really know the name off of the top of my head.
I tend to just pay attention to what I'm doing and not care much who does what if it's not of my imediate concern. If I bump into him I'll let you know whether or not he can get cows pregnant. :lol:

I guess he used to raise cattle as a kid and has gotten back into it since retitrmrnt from the rock scene. One of the great voices in his genre.
