I have read about every shade and type of efficiency from every angle. My conclusion is that efficiency is ultimately measured by the biggest net profit at the end of the year. Tweaking includes making the pastures to be more productive, avoiding unnecessary purchased fed and hay, decreasing unnecessary labor and knowing market demands and desires so that the animals produced fit those higher price brackets without having to take on another job of self marketing.
