I have a cow due to calve in a day or 2 and she had manure smeard on her udder so I wiped it of and noticed she had a clear discharge out her teat or at least it looked clear. what color is colostrum ? I imagined it would be a milk color? Still learning. Is it anything to be worried about?

Probably nothing to worry about. Colostrm is usually a heavy yellowish color, thick and sticky

When she calves she'll have the good stuff... before they let the milk down the teats have a clear liquid, sometimes thick and very sticky, sometimes not
