county fair tomorrow

The fair starts tomorrow. I don't particularly enjoy it but the kids do. I think most counties have some quirky or weird thing that defines it. Our sheep show has the rule that everything gets sheared on the same day ( around the beginning of June) and you cannot touch them again ever or you are disqualified. Also the sheep must gain .7# per day for a purple ribbon. How about your county?

The rules change so mcuh every year, I think everything is strange. I guess one rule that hasn't changed around here, is that the sheep have to back up to the stump unassisted. Fair time is the busiest and most chaotic time of year for us, but also the most rewarding for our children (and as parents, my wife and I too). Good luck to you and yours
