Correlation between high pins and fertility

Like most things related to cattle breeding, if you stick to the middle of the road you are less likely to end up in the ditch.

I am not opposed to research at all, but alot of money could be saved and a few less PhD's earned if we just look and and learn from Mother Nature.

There is often a difference in pin height that I view as normal between breeds. I never would have thought one breed was more fertile than the other because of pin height.
I have heard that a little slope is good for better calving ease but haven't noticed any difference myself.
I read some info. on conformation that states that a high tail bone was an indicator of poor fertility.
Then you have Gerald Fry ?
Every once in a while I like to see a study like this to put the myths to rest.
