We are planning a new facility in Western New York and have looked at composted bedded packs as a way to house the cattle. We would like to look at some in Vermont (the idea of the packs is supposed to originate from there) and get some better ideas about the best way to manage the packs. Also, with bedding costs for the packs being very expensive, what are some alternatives for useage of the compost?
