I know that there has been a lot posted lately about the weather lately, and goodness knows that I have it mild compared to a lot of you... But can I just say that I am sick and tired of Winter already!!

Freezing Rain, Hard Rain, Snow, Flooding, etc., etc.... This has just been a very cold winter this year.

Come on Spring!!

CB, maybe its just that we are getting older and it is harder on us then it used to be... whatever the reason, I am ready to warm up!

we had a week of mild weather until today and the rye grass has started growing. the trees have swelling so its got to be close.

I have never been wired for cold and it has gotten worse since arthritis moved in.

I have always preferred cooler weather over hot weather... But there is a BIG difference between cold weather and frozen weather! Heard on the news last night that here in Tennessee, we are having the coldest winter in over 30 years.

I think spring is a long way out for me, with more snow coming this weekend. My stockpiled grass is kaput, and my oats look dead. If my calculations are correct I have enough hay to last till the last day of March.

Our normal winter has 12 freezes we are at 24 this year and we still got a ways.
Most of the time our lows 35 to 40 with lots of rain.

That wind is cutting right thru me today. Had a few ice pellets on the steps this morning but that's all.
Even when the fronts blow thru and wind turns out of the South, it just blows the cold air that had passed thru right back on us.
Don't know how you people up north do it.

No moisture here but about 18 degrees this morning. Weather man said chill factor was about 5.... not cold compared to our northern friends but plenty cold for central Texas. Do soap operas still come on tv around noon?

I am ate up with cabin fever.
Have changed oil and greased everything.
I have cleaned the shop spotless, probably never be able to find anything again.
Need to get the inspection sticker on the truck, they won't inspect it if the roads are wet.

I'd be pumped if we could just get to and stay around our average, 40-45. I'll have sunscreen on and be cutting my sleeves off!!
