Colorado State Fair

Did anyone from CO on here show yesterday at the Colorado State Fair? If so how did you all do???

Didn't show any calves but showed lambs.

Got 13th or 14th out of about 45 for showmanship.

Got the gate both times in my market classes. But my blue lamb was too green so he should be awesome for Montana, Arizona, or Denver.

Watched the steer show. Didn't get to watch the grand drive though. Have no idea who ended up getting it. Numbers were WAY down this year. Maybe 50 calves tops.

paper said there were 80 calves. Hogs were wayyyyy down. Like 300 and some. Lot's of 3rd places are going to make the sale this year. I wish we would have entered the steer for state fair.
Hog show was awesome.
Reid won the steers and a boy was reserve....can't remember the name.
