Sorry but I do not!. I do remember Nathan Dunlop though he slaughtered some folks in a Chuckie Cheese Pizzeria.

Evan Ebel killed a pizza delivery man and then the guy over the prison system there in Colorado then shot a deputy in Texas and was killed after a highspeed chase. On you tube there's a couple of videos of him shooting the deputy(who survived) then the highspeed chase.
