From my local paper:
A young man was sentenced to 4 yrs probation for being a "minor player" in a meth lab bust.
Through his attorney, he asked the court to allow him to use hemp and peyote in "religious services" during his probation, because he is 3/4 Cherokee and has participated in such services in the past.
No explanation of how meth fit the religious profile.
I know y'all are asking "where does he get this stuff', but here is a remarkable parallel to the above--
