You mean them, several more out in the garden. Cabbage rolls, steam some to freeze, Cole slaw, sauerkraut.

We have a batch of Horse Creek cabbage brewing for sauerkraut. Should almost be done and start another. Had cabbage rolls for late lunch about a half hour ago.

Best thing about cabbage is that a big helping of slaw each day will keep you "regular".

Cabbage is one of those foods, I love when I want it but don't even want to smell it cooking the rest of the time. But, when I get ready for some cooked, look out. I don't know when to quit. Oddly enough, I absolutely detest them little bitty cabbages... Brussels sprouts. Gawd that smell is hideous. Nothing good ever came from Brussels or with their name.

Using a catapult you could knock down a fair sized game animal with a cabbage that size.

I knew a guy that made a cabbage cannon once. Like a giant tater gun.. said cabbages were cheaper than buying old bowling balls. Both would go a good ways on the same powder charge but the cabbage often came apart mid flight.
