Around here the black nosed char x angus bring more money than any other char cross. Results may vary by area.

Almost anything crossed with black angus brings the most at the sale barns that I go to. An order buyer told me that their ideal set of calves is at least 1/2 Angus (Black or Red), 1/4 Continental and the last 1/4 go to town and choose whatever you like.
