has anyone heard of chaga, it is a mushroom that grows on white and yellow birch it is suppose to be real heathy for you, just wondering if anyone has tried it ? and what they thought of it?

Chaga isn't the only one thought to aid in fighting cancer. Shitake is also prized for its anti-cancer effects as is Maitake. Both of these are easily grown here and taste wonderful in sauteed in some butter and heaped on a nice ribeye - grainfed of course. :cowboy:
